This European Standard specifies requirements for factory made, self-supporting, double skin metal faced insulating sandwich panels, which are intended for discontinuous laying in the following applications: a) roofs and roof cladding; b) external walls and wall cladding; c) walls (including partitions) and ceilings within the building envelope. The insulating core materials covered by this European Standard are rigid polyurethane, expanded polystyrene, extruded polystyrene foam, phenolic foam, cellular glass and mineral wool. NOTE Polyurethane (PUR) includes polyisocyanurate (PIR). Panels with edge details that utilise different materials from the main insulating core are included in this European Standard. Panels used in cold store applications are included in this European Standard. Panels, put on the market as a component of a cold storage room, building and/or building envelope kit are covered by ETA-Guideline 021 “Cold storage premises kits”. This European Standard does not cover the following: i. sandwich panels with a declared thermal conductivity for the insulating core greater than 0,06 W/m•K at 10 °C; ii. products consisting of two or more clearly defined layers of different insulating core materials (multi-layered); iii. panels with perforated facing(s); iv. curved panels.

This specification covers molded expanded perlite block, fittings, and pipe thermal insulation intended for use on surfaces with temperatures of certain range. The insulation shall not have visible defects that will adversely affect its service qualities. Different test methods shall be performed in order to determine the properties of the block, fitting, and pipe insulations: density, apparent thermal conductivity, linear shrinkage after heat soaking, flexural strength, compressive strength, weight loss by tumbling, moisture content, water absorption after heat aging, surface bearing characteristics, hot-surface performance, and stress corrosion cracking of austenitic stainless steel.

This European Standard specifies the requirements for factory made flexible polyethylene foam products which are used for the thermal insulation of building equipment and industrial installations with an operating temperature in the range of approximately - 80 °C to + 150 °C. Tensile stress in the insulation product should be avoided when applying PEF. This is even more important when applying PEF on lines with operating temperatures between - 50 °C and - 80 °C. The tensile stress should be kept at the minimum by applying the foam “under pressure”, i.e. cutting the parts in a generous way. Manufacturer’s advice should be heeded in all cases. The products are manufactured in the form of tubes, profiles, sheets, rolls and tapes with or without coating and/or self-adhesive backing and/or different closure systems. This standard describes product characteristics and includes procedures for testing, evaluation of conformity, marking and labelling. Products covered by this standard are also used in prefabricated thermal insulation systems and composite panels; the performance of systems incorporating these products is not covered. This standard does not specify the required level of a given property that should be achieved by a product to demonstrate fitness for purpose in a particular application. The levels required for a given application can be found in regulations and invitations to tender. Products with a declared thermal conductivity greater than 0,050 W/(m·K) at 10 °C are not covered by this standard. This standard does not cover products for the insulation of the building structure. The normative part of this standard does not cover compressive stress (see C.4).

  1.YTTS保温装饰板外墙外保温系统(简称“外保温系统”)     由YTTS保温装饰板(简称“保温装饰板”)、胶粘剂、锚固组件、金属托架、填缝材料、密封胶等组成。保温装饰板与基层墙体的连接采用胶粘剂粘结及锚固组件相结合方式固定,经板缝密封处理形成墙体保温装饰系统。   2.保温装饰板分为金属面板保温装饰板和无机非金属面板保温装饰板     1)金属面板保温装饰板     由金属面板和保温板组成,在工厂采用粘合剂压制成型,集保温与装饰功能于一体的板状材料。金属面板采用彩色涂层钢板、铝或铝合金板涂层板;     2)无机非金属面板保温装饰板(简称“无机面板保温装饰板”)     由无石棉纤维增强硅酸钙板(简称“无机面板”)和保温板组成,在工厂采用粘合剂压制成型,集保温与装饰功能于一体的板状材料。   3.保温板分为硅岩质无机改性保温板和无机轻集料(珠光砂)保温板     1)硅岩质无机改性保温板(简称:硅岩质板)是以偏高岭土、膨润土、碱性激发剂、可再分散聚合物胶粉、阻燃型膨胀聚苯乙烯颗粒为原料,并辅以发泡剂、憎水剂等添加剂组成,经混合搅拌、布料、压制成型,并经自然或蒸气养护、切割等工艺制成的板材;     2)无机轻集料(珠光砂)保温板(简称:珠光砂板)是以珠光砂轻集料、硅灰为填料,掺加功能性添加剂,经配料、搅拌、压制成型、烧结等工艺制成的板材。
