This International Standard specifies the requirements for quantifying the carbon footprint of those processes, materials and technologies required to produce print media products using any form of printing technology and that are within the user’s knowledge and control. It is based on a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) approach, using defined system boundaries and a specified functional unit as the basis for complete or partial carbon footprinting studies. This data can be referenced throughout supply chains for individual print media products.

This part of ISO/IEC 29182 is intended to facilitate the development of international standards in sensor networks. It presents terms and definitions for selected concepts relevant to the field of sensor networks. It establishes a general description of concepts in this field and identifies the relationships among those concepts. It may also be used as guidance for development of other parts of ISO/IEC 29182 and any other sensor network related standard.
Information technology - Sensor networks: Sensor Network Reference Architecture (SNRA) - Part 2: Vocabulary and terminology
This terminology includes terms, definitions of terms, descriptions of terms, nomenclature, and acronyms associated with coordinate systems and testing methodologies for additive manufacturing (AM) technologies in an effort to standardize terminology used by AM users, producers, researchers, educators, press/media, and others, particularly when reporting results from testing of parts made on AM systems. Terms included cover definitions for machines/systems and their coordinate systems plus the location and orientation of parts. It is intended, where possible, to be compliant with ISO 841 and to clarify the specific adaptation of those principles to additive manufacturing.

This European Standard contains a glossary of terms, which can contribute to the conditions for free competition and a level playing field for engineering service providers (including architects) in Europe in the construction of buildings, infrastructure and industrial facilities. The terminology in this European Standard aims at facilitating the cooperation between sectors and between countries in the field of engineering services. It is structured on the basis of "successive stages" of an operation of construction. It does not concern the description of the contents of the tasks to be performed, neither on their scheduling, nor on the actors concerned, which depend on the national context, the type, and of the importance of the work and its environment.
