WB: 1:50~100
IHC: 1:10~50
ELISA: 1:1,000

Species Reactivity
Human

Products Data

Western blot analysis of anti-AKR1B1 Pab in Jurkat cell line lysates (35ug/lane).AKR1B1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab (1:60 dilution).
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma tissue reacted with AKR1B1 antibody (Center) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Specificity
This AKR1B1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 111~141 amino acids from the Center region of human AKR1B1.

Storage Condition and Buffer
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20°C. Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.

Alternative Names
AKR1B1 antibody, ADR antibody, ALDR1 antibody, ALR2 antibody, AR antibody, MGC1804 antibody, Aldose reductase antibody, Aldehyde reductase antibody, Aldo-keto reductase family 1 member B1 antibody
