AGO1 Antibody(N-term)
Cat.#: T1478
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Clone ID: polyclonal
Swiss Prot: Q9UL18
Mol Weight: 97kDa
Size: 100ug
Description
AGO1 is a member of the Argonaute family of proteins which play a role in RNA interference. The protein is highly basic, and contains a PAZ domain and a PIWI domain. It may interact with dicer1 and play a role in short-interfering-RNA-mediated gene silencing.
Recommended Applications
WB, IHC, ELISA

Human
Products Data
Western blot analysis of AGO1 Antibody (N-term) in K562 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). AGO1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Specificity
This AGO1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 34~64 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human AGO1.
Storage Condition and Buffer
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20°C. Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
