Application: Western Blot: Optimal conditions must be determined individually. A starting dilution of 1:500-1:1’000 is recommended.

In order to obtain optimal polyubiquitin lysine linkage independent reactivity immunoblotting membranes must be autoclaved prior to blocking/probing with Ubiquitin, mAb (EX-9). Omitting this step results in decreased reactivity with a slight preference for K63-linked polyubiquitin.
