| 生化机理 | Clinafloxacin inhibits both Topo II (DNA gyrase)and topoisomerase IV dually in Streptococcus pneumoniae. The compound has a broad-spectrum activity against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria, aerobes and anaerobes. Studies comparing the inhibitory effects of the fluoroquinolones: clinafloxacin, trovafloxacin, sparfloxacin, and ciprofloxacin demonstrated clinafloxacin having the greatest inhibition of Topo II (DNA gyrase) and topoisomerase IV. |
