| 产品介绍 | cellulase is an enzyme isolated asperillus niger (a fungus) that catalyzes the hydrolysis of certain linkages in cellulose and other carbohydrates. It helps hydrolyze the endo-1,4-β-D-glycosidic linkages in cellulose, lichenin, barley glucan, and the cellooligosaccharides cellotriose to cellohexaose, which is very useful for research. It does not cleave p-nitrophenyl-β-D-glucoside or cellobiose. It also hydrolyzes xylosyl serine linkages in intact glycosaminoglycan from a core peptide. |
| 备注 | 该纤维素酶是用淀粉做载体的，载体在水中不能溶解，但是纤维素酶是可以溶解在水中的，配好溶液之后静置一段时间，将淀粉沉降在溶液底部，取上层清液（纤维素酶溶液）即可使用 |
