| 产品介绍 | 核糖核酸酶能专一性地作用于嘧啶碱基，分解RNA从而得到含有3'-UMP，3'-CMP，及其低聚核苷酸。核糖核酸酶是由单链多肽链组成，为分子量约1.4万的球状蛋白质，虽对于稀酸、热、蛋白质分解酶极为稳定，但在碱中不稳定。催化RNA水解的一种核酸内切酶。高纯度核糖核酸酶是从牛胰腺中分离提取的，并进一步用亲和层析的方法制备，以去除残留的其它水解酶的污染。 |

| 生化机理 | Ribonucleases do not hydrolyze DNA, because the DNA lacks 2′-OH groups essential for the formation of cyclic intermediates. RNase can hydrolyze RNA from protein samples. Pancreatic RNase A specifically cleaves at the 3′-side of pyrimidine (uracil or cytosine) phosphate bonds. |
