细胞周期ChIP qPCR芯片分析细胞周期调控48个关键基因的组蛋白修饰状态或组蛋白密码。组蛋白修饰调节染色质结构和与相关基因的转录活性。通过表观遗传机制不适当的增加或减少细胞周期调控基因的表达能够促进肿瘤形成和衰老。例如, CDKN1A启动子组蛋白甲基化(H3K90)引起该基因的转录抑制,导致不受控制的细胞周期进程。表观遗传调控细胞周期基因的表达也发生在发展和分化来自多能祖细胞的各种细胞中,zei终分化末分化细胞。这个芯片包含上调和下调细胞周期的基因,细胞相变和检查点基因,DNA复制和细胞周期阻滞基因。通过染色质免疫沉淀和EpiTect ChIP qPCR芯片,可以很简易、可靠地分析组蛋白的化学修饰模式与细胞周期相关重要基因集的关联。
