  • FluoroGazer is a total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF) fluorometer equipped with a computer-controlled fluidics. The limit of detection of FluoroGazer is at the level of single molecules. Base model is supplied with 532nm laser and photon counting PMT.
    Optional light sources include bright LEDs (+bandpass filters) for near UV-Vis range of spectrum, and 473 and 635-nm lasers. Optional photodetectors are low light EM-CCD cameras. Optional electrochemical polarization, electric field, and dielectrophoretic control can be used with FluoroGazer for manipulating with biomolecules and cells, to stimulate association, control mass transfer, lyse or electroporate the cells or regenerate fluorescence assay at the TIRF surface.
    FluoroGazer is a cost efficient, modular, upgradable system, with manual docking of TIRF sensor chips and automated delivery of bioanalyte solutions and buffers into TRIF flow cell. FluoroGazer is interfaceable with autosamplers for unattended analyses. All models are supplied with a set of superclean and chemically modified TIRF slides, and reagent kits for immobilization of biomolecules. User friendly software contains templates for typical TIRF sensogram measurements and wizard for designing of custom TIRF experiments, monitoring fluorescence polarization, Forster resonance energy transfer (FRET), and fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP).
