 IFS125HR是一款真空型红外光谱仪，整个系统都无油泵抽真空，完全消除了测试时空气中水蒸汽、二氧化碳等气体的干扰，保证得到zei高质量的光谱图，同时也保证了高精度的光学元件不受任何气体的污染和损害。 仪器的的光谱范围从太赫兹到紫外区（5-50,000cm^-1），可以配置内置三个光源、外光源引入、两个样品腔及6个检测器，并且所有的光谱范围和配置之间的转换完全由计算机控制，消除了人为更化可能带来的损坏。
