原理
氢气：热导率检测器（TCD）为H2
测量范围*：氢：0-0.25％
*可以通过降低样品重量来增加范围。
样品重量：1.0±0.1g
灵敏度（zei小读数）：氢：0.001 ppm。
精度**（重复性）：氢，σn-1≤0.04ppm或RSD≤0.5％（以较大者为准）（参考气体）

Principle
Hydrogen: Thermal Conductivity detector (TCD）as H2
