Responsibilities 职责：
Perform daily service job including installation, maintenance, repair,
calibration and training.
执行日常服务工作包括仪器安装、维护、维修、校准和客户培训
Hand in service report, installation report, timesheet report & training
memo etc. in time
准时提交服务报告、安装报告、工时报告、安装培训备忘录等文档
Provide professional technical support and answer the customer''s enquiry
为客户提供专业技术支持、解答客户问题
Backup for other service team member and carry out service job accordingly
为服务团队其他同事提供后备并完成相应服务工作
Escalate customer complaint and issues and follow up the solution
负责反映客户投诉和问题并跟踪解决
Accept and complete the assignment upon management arrangement
接受并完成公司指派的任务
Qualification 任职要求：
At least 1 year working experiences in instrument, measurement or analysis and
customer service experience is preferred.
至少一年以上仪器测量或分析行业经验，具有客户服务经验者优先。
Bachelor or above in chemistry, pharmaceutical, food，environmental analysis, or
related major.
专业为化学分析、药学，食品、环境或相关专业的本科学历。
Experience with chromatography, sample prep，organic synthesis is preferred.
具有色谱、样品制备或有机合成应用实验和售后经验者优先。
Good communication with and understanding the needs of customers, work well
under pressure and travel often.
善于沟通、理解客户需求，能抗压工作和频繁出差。
Good learning ability, self-motivated and team player

职责Responsibilities：
维修配件出入库管理
Manage the in-and-out storage of spare parts
安装报告及维修报告的统计
Compile installation and maintenance reports
工程师库存统计
Record the inventory for each engineer
协助工程师跟踪维修AR
Assist engineer to follow up maintenance AR
报修管理，安装和维修产品的数据整理、统计；
Repair management, collation and statistics of the installation and maintenance product data
服从领导安排，完成领导交代的其他任务；
Obey the arrangement of leaders and complete other tasks assigned by leaders;
