The continuance of the Classification of any underwater unit is conditional upon the Rule requirements for periodical,withhold,suspend,or cacel the class of any vessel or any pary of the machinery for noncompliance with the Rules,for defcts reported by the Surveyors which have not been rectified in accordance with their recommendations, or for nonpayment of fees which are due in account of Classification, Stautory or Cargo Gear Surveys.
