This Part of BS 7861 specifies dimensional, material and performance requirements for birdcaged cablebolting support system components used in coal mines.
This standard does not cover the assembly or installation of these components to form a cablebolting support system on site. NOTE. All references to cablebolts imply the birdcaged type.
