Until availability of a European Standard for fire behaviour DIN EN 1519-1 refers to national requirements. Therefore previous specifications from DIN 19535-2:1987 were taken over in this document. For assessment of conformity and installation recommendations CEN/TC 155 intends to publish European Pre-standards (ENV). Due to this fact national standards have not be withdrawn. Therefore previous specifications from DIN 19535-2:1987 were taken over in this document as well.
