These requirements apply to carts, and similar framed structures which (1) have a shelf that is mre than 39.4 inches (1 m) above the floor, (2) are intended for use with products covered by the Standards for Photographic Equipment, UL 122; Commercial Audio Equipment, UL 813; Radio Receivers, Audio Systems, and Accessories, UL 1270; Low-Voltage Video Products Without Cathode-Ray-Tube Displays, UL 1409; Television Receivers and High-Voltage Video Products, UL 1410; professional video and audio equipment, UL 1419; or Audio-Video Products and Accessories, UL 1492; and (3) are intended for use in schools, institutions, hospitals or similar locations where children of diminished capacity or disabled persons are likely to move them or may be asked to move them.
