This Technical Report offers guidance on: a) the specification of the test loading conditions of ISO 22675; b) the design of appropriate test equipment. The analytical work related to these items would have expanded the length of ISO 22675 without being directly required for its application. Most of the text of this Technical Report relates to the theoretical and technical background and the design of the equipment.
