This specification covers the requirements that are common to most components used in commercial aircraft hydraulic systems. This specification shall be used to develop Procurement Specifications for components. The purpose of this specification is to provide in one document, the requirements for the design, construction, acceptance testing and qualification testing of commercial aircraft hydraulic system components. In addition, parameters that must be specified in the Procurement Specification for each component are also identified.
