The leaflet is structured in throe parts:
- the firs1 part contains joint provisions applicable to all freight trains in international traffic,
- the second part defines the consist and braking conditions applicable to the different speed ranges for trains under "P" conditions,
- the third pert contains similar provisions for trains braked under "G" conditions.
