On publication of TIA/EIA-97-E as an ANSI approved standard, TIA/EIA
97-D will be withdrawn unless comments are received indicating a need to
retain it. Such comments must indicate the reason retention should be
considered by the committee. Unless comments to consider retention are
received, TIA/EIA-97-D will be withdrawn by the Standards Secretariat of
TIA on publication of TIA/EIA-97-E.
