This standard was prepared by Technical Specification Group C of the Third Generation
3 Partnership Project 2 (3GPP2). This standard is a companion to the cdma2000?1 high rate
4 packet data standards. This standard provides a set of procedures that the access terminal
5 and the access network can use to conduct the access terminal minimum performance
6 tests in a factory/laboratory environment. It also allows measurements of certain forward
7 and reverse link performances in a field environment.
