1.1 This specification covers the general requirements for pneumatic components(see 2) used in aircraft systems conforming to Specification KS W 0614 (MIL-P-5518).
Note Unit and dimensions in {} of this specification are that use through cosultation, as things by unit hitherto Reference Contents of this specification applies to MIL-P-8564D(1970-11-18).
1.2 Classification Aircraft pneumatic system components covered by this specification shall be of the following two types, as specified:
Type I -54 to + 71°C (-65 to + 160°F) temperature range. Type II -54 to +135°C (-65 to +275°F) temperature range.
