The purpose of this document is tofocus the attention of designers, clean room personnel and those persons engaged in contamination control, on the importance of the proper selection of cleaning materials, and cleaning agents; and their compatibilities with the materials being cleaned. This report should serve as a guide for the proper selection of cleaning materials.however, recommend any given cleaning agent or process for specific hardware, as the types of materials used in various systems differ widely .
