This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the testing method of the grid-connected power conditioner with a grid-connected function among the power conditioners used for the stationary small polymer electrolyte fuel cell power systems (hereafter referred to as "fuel cell system"). This Standard is applied to the grid-connected power conditioners used for the fuel cell power systems applicable to the following items. a) Type of fuel cell Polymer electrolyte fuel cell b) Output Rated transmission output, less than 10 kW Output mode Grid-connected operation, grid-independent operation or indepen- dent operation of AC output, 220 V or less Raw material and fuel Gaseous fuel (city gas, liquefied petroleum gas, etc.), liquid fuel (kerosene, etc.) or hydrogen Operating pressure Maximum allowable working pressure of the portion through which fuel gas passes, less than 0.1 MPa System configuration Stationary dedicated power generation system or cogen- eration system stored in a package NOTE : Those power conditioners that device shall be tested without are combined with an electrical storage the storage device. 2 Normative references The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this Standard.
