- The document deals with emissions for landfills where soil excavation, building rubble and municipal wastes habe been deposited or are being deposited and which are stationary point, line or area emission sources or mobile emission sources. These can be activated especially by excavation work in abandoned waste disposal sites and existing landfills for domestic refuse and domestic-refuse-like waste. It defines relevant emission potentials and emissison facots and indicates ways in which such emission factors can be determined or estimated.
