This International Standard specifies competence requirements for validation teams and verificationteams for the benefit of GHG programme administrators, regulators and validation and verificationbodies. The standard also provides guidance on methods for evaluating the competence of GHGvalidation teams and verification teams. ISO 14066 is GHG programme neutral.If a GHG programme is applicable, requirements of that GHG programme are additional to therequirements of ISO 14066.NOTE Requirements for management and support personnel competence are specified in ISO 14065:2007 clause6.
