本标准规定了成年人群因不同噪声暴露级和暴露时间引起的永久性听阈值改变的计算方法,评价其每天重复性噪声暴露引起听力损伤的危险率。 当常用听力测量频率或这些频率组合的听阈的值超出一定值时,本标准提供各种公式计算听力障碍依据。 作用于人群的危险噪声暴露用平均A[计权]声暴露级(声压平方对时间的积分)E,T和规定暴露年限内平均工作日(定为8h)的有关系数[连续A]声级Leq,T来测定的。 本标准适用于稳态、间歇、起伏、不规则或脉冲性特点的声频(低于10kHz)噪声。对于瞬态声压级超过140dB(基准声压为20μPa)和更高声压时,可用本标准外推。给出评价因噪声暴露引起听力损伤NITPS的计算公式,测量听力的频率为0.5至6kHz,每天8h的平均噪声暴露水平为3.64×10~1.15×10Pa·s(即75~100dB),暴露时间为0至40年。详细规定了NIPTS的中值以及0.05至0.95范围内的高于或低于中值的统计分布情况,男女群体都相同。 注:①尽管本标准的HIPTS数据取自职业噪声暴露人群,但也可试探性地用于估计可比较的非职业和综合性噪声暴露(工作时间应加以注明)所造成的影响。 因为噪声引起听力损失不仅是暴露于职业噪声,而且是暴露总量的结果,因此充分估计非职业噪声暴露也很重要(例如:上下班交通,在家以及娱乐场所),只有当职业噪声暴露可忽略时,该标准才对职业噪声暴露者预测听力损伤有效,否则计算结果应是每天噪声暴露的总量(包括职业和非职业的噪声),如果需要的话,也可以估计职业噪声暴露对总听力损伤中所占的比重。 ②本标准是以宽带稳态无调噪声资料制定的预测方法,目前可暂用于有调噪声或脉冲噪声方面,并可认为当稳态噪声高于有调噪声或脉冲噪声5dB时,其噪声危害程度则基本相同。 为计算听阈值和噪声暴露引起永久性听力障碍或损伤的危险率,必须知道可比较年龄的非噪声暴露人群的听阈,为便于使用者应用于不同的目的,本标准允许采用两种不同资料源作为非噪声暴露人群的听阈值。 a.耳科正常人群,即按国标GB7582-87《耳科正常人的气导听阈与年龄和性别的关系》“高度筛选的人群”,见本标准5.2.1数据库A。 b.可选择其他的认为合适的人群,见本标准5.2.3数据库B。 注:标准中列举的全部数据和方法都是建立在精心简化过的实验数据基础上产生的近似值,这样,就把标准的有效性局限在现有的变量、分位值和噪声暴露的范围之内了。本标准是建立于统计数据上的,故不用于个人的听力损伤或听力障碍的预测或评价。 附录A:根据GB7582-87给出计算与年龄有关的耳科正常人群(高度筛选)的听阈值的方法。 附录B:举出了一个典型工业国家未经筛选人群与年龄有关听阈值的计算方法。 附录C:给出一个特定的“未经筛选”人群听阈的选择值的例子,当使用本标准中方法时,其结果与ISO1999(第一版)预测的听力障碍几乎相同。 附录D:举出一个应用本标准评价听力损伤危险率的例子。 附录E:列表举例计算了NIPTS值在6种频率、3种分位值与暴露时间日A计权声暴露的函数关系。其中:暴露时间(10,20,30,40年);日A[计权]声暴露(3.64×10,1.15×10,3.64×10和1.15×10Pa·s)或等于标准的8小时工作日的等效连续A声级(85,90,95,100dB);6种频率(0.5,1,2,3,4和6kHz);3种分位值(0.1,0.5,0.9)。

The data are given in graphical form in Annex A and in numerical form in Annex B for the preferred frequencies in the one-third-octave series from 20 Hz to 12 500 Hz, inclusive, in accordance with ISO 266.
