4.1 一般要求 4.1.1 水箱的安装人员应经过专业培训并获得相应资质,方可从事安装工作。 4.1.2 安装人员应按照本标准和产品说明的要求进行安装。 4.1.3 安装人员应使用水箱装箱清单指定的配件进行安装,不应随意更换、省略、改动。 水箱安装后,不应由于安装不良影响水箱的正常运行及使用寿命。 4.2 安装位置 4.2.1 水箱应根据系统要求和用户的环境状况,并综合考虑下列因素安装: a)室内安装的水箱应尽量靠近墙边; b)应尽量接近主机,缩短连接管长度; c)应便于使用、维护、检修,保证通风和排水顺畅; d)在非承压系统中,水箱宜置于系统的最高位置。 4.2.2 水箱的安装应符合环保和市容的有关要求,并遵守下列规定: a)安装不应占用公用人行道,不应占用公用建筑物内部的过道、楼梯、出口等地方; b)安装位置应考虑电源、水源、排水管的连接,排水管路的布置及排放不应妨碍他人的正常生活、工作; c)安装在高处或周围空旷处,应增加防雷击装置。 4.3 安装附件 4.3.1 水箱安装时使用的安装架和紧固件应能够满足水箱的安装强度要求,安装架和紧固件的承载能力应不低于水箱注满水重量的4倍。 4.3.2 安装架和紧固件自身无防腐能力或经焊接作业后,应进行防腐处理。 4.3.3 水箱与空气源热泵主机、末端的连接管路及管件应具有足够的强度,应具备耐高低温急变、耐水压、耐腐蚀等性能要求。 4.4 安装准备 4.4.1 安装人员应备齐必要的安装工具、安装材料,配备经校准或检定合格的检验仪器。 4.4.2 按照装箱清单检查水箱及其附件是否齐全、完好。 4.4.3 仔细阅读产品安装、使用说明,了解待装水箱的功能、使用方法、安装要求及与系统配合的安装方法。 4.4.4 安装人员应全面了解用户的水压、排水情况、安装维护空间位置、安装面的承载能力和电源接地情况等。 4.4.5 水箱配置有辅助电加热器时,安装人员应对下列事项进行检查: a)检查水箱电气连接有无松动和脱落,检查3C认证标志、警示标志是否清晰无误; b)检查用户电线、电表和漏电保护器的容量能否满足待装水箱的要求; c)检查用户电源的接地装置,并对其进行判定; d)检查用户使用的插座是否符合安装要求。 4.4.6 对不能满足待装水箱安装要求的,安装人员应明确告知用户并要求整改;对不能整改的,应拒绝安装。 4.5 安装作业 4.5.1 水箱应以可靠的方式固定,落地式安装的水箱宜考虑防止水箱倾倒措施,安装后水箱倾斜度应小于5°。100L(含)以上的水箱,不宜挂墙安装。 4.5.2 配套的安全阀应根据产品说明的要求安装,不应随意变更安全阀的安装位置和安装方向。安全阀的排放管应以连续向下的方式安装,避免管内积水,确保与大气相通、排水畅通、安全。在气候寒冷地区,应防止排放管内由于冻结导致堵塞。 4.5.3 为了便于水箱的安装拆卸,应在水箱进出水管和适当位置安装控制阀门。 4.5.4 水箱排污口应安装排污装置,其排水管路应符合GB50242 和GB 50243的相关要求,不应将污水直接排放到建筑物墙面上和室外路面上。 4.5.5 水箱安装区域离排水点较远时,其引流路径不应有积水现象且管路应具有一定的强度和韧性,管路耐高低温、耐水压和耐腐蚀等性能应符合相应国家标准要求。 4.5.6 管路与水箱连接后的排布应合理,连接管路若悬空安装,应采取加固措施。 4.5.7 与水箱连接安装的管道和阀类部件应采取保温措施,室外部分的保温材料应外覆保护层。 4.5.8 配置电辅助加热器的水箱,若水箱加热控制与主机不相连接且单独控制,电源线的连接应符合GB 4706.32的相关要求,使用的插座应符合GB 2099.1的相关要求。 4.5.9 连接在水箱上的感温探头线或其他信号线应安装防水接头,应采取有效的措施防止松动或轻易拉动。 4.5.10 安装使用的安全带应符合GB 6095的要求,并有完整清晰的标志。

3.1 空气源热泵供暖系统 air-source heat pump heating system 以空气为热源向建筑室内供给热量。由空气源热泵机组、热媒输送系统、散热设备和控制装置等组成的系统。 3.2 长期监测 long-term monitoring 在整个供暖季内,对空气源热泵供暖系统进行温度、流量、电量及相关环境参数的测试与采集。 3.3 短期监测 short-term monitoring 在供暖期内对空气源热泵供暖系统进行温度、流量、电量及相关: a)室内空气温度; b)室外空气温度; c)室外空气相对湿度; d)供暖供水温度; 2 e)供暖回水温度; f)循环流量(供热量); g)电功率与耗电量。 5.1.2基本参数监测应包括下列内容: a)室内空气温度; b)供暖供水温度; c)供暖回水温度; d)故障报警。 5.2监测要求 5.2.1空气源热泵供暖系统采用长期监测及基本参数监测时,测试周期应与供暖期同步。 5.2.2空气辐射或室内热源的直接影响,且不应接触到其他物体; c)系统供回水温度测点应置于空气源热泵机组供回水主管路上,并靠近机组侧设置,温度传感器应保证被所测水流完全包围; d)在供暖系统主管路直管段上设置循环流量测点,流量计(热量表)安装的水平直管段应满足前端管长不小于 10 倍管道直径、后端管长不小于 5 倍管道直径的要求,且流量计(热量表)表壳体上的箭头方向应与系统水流方向一致; e)电能表应在靠近空气源热泵供暖系统的配电箱侧安装。 6.3数据采集装置 6.3.1数据采集装置的性试内容应在评价报告中给出。 8 评价方法 8.1制热性能系数 8.1.1空气源热泵供暖系统的供热量由热量表读取或按公式(1)计算: ∑ ( ) ……………………(1) 式中: Q——测试期间空气源热泵供暖系统的供热量,MJ;ρ——水的平均密度,kg/m3; cp——水的比热容,J/(kg·K); V——系统循环流量,m3/h; tw1i——i 时刻系统供水温度,℃; tw2i——i 时刻系统回水温度,℃; Δτi——i 次测试时间间隔,s;i——测试次数;T——g;——氮氧化物排放因子,取 1.6 kg/tce。 8.4合格判定 空气源热泵供暖系统长期监测的评价指标同时符合 7.1.1 和 7.1.2 条的要求时,判定为合格。

This European Standard specifies the requirements, test methods and test conditions for the rating and performance calculation of air conditioners and heat pumps using either air, water or brine as heat transfer media, with gas-fired endothermic engine driven compressors when used for space heating, cooling and refrigeration, hereafter referred to as "GEHP appliance". This European Standard only applies to appliances with a maximum heat input (based on net calorific value) not exceeding 70 kW at standard rating conditions. This European Standard only applies to appliances under categories I2H, I2E, I2Er, I2R, I2E(S)B, I2L, I2LL, I2ELL, I2E(R)B, I2ESi, I2E(R), I3P, I3B, I3B/P, II2H3+, II2Er3+, II2H3B/P, II2L3B/P, II2E3B/P, II2ELL3B/P, II2L3P, II2H3P, II2E3P and II2Er3P according to EN 437. This European Standard only applies to appliances having: a) gas fired endothermic engines under the control of fully automatic control systems; b) closed system refrigerant circuits in which the refrigerant does not come into direct contact with the fluid to be cooled or heated; c) where the temperature of the heat transfer fluid of the heating system (heating water circuit) does not exceed 105 °C during normal operation; d) where the maximum operating pressure in the: 1) heating water circuit (if installed) does not exceed 6 bar; 2) domestic hot water circuit (if installed) does not exceed 10 bar. This European Standard applies to appliances only when used for space heating or space cooling or for refrigeration, with or without heat recovery. The appliances having their condenser cooled by air and by the evaporation of external additional water are not covered by this European Standard. Packaged units, single split and multisplit systems are covered by this European Standard. Single duct and double duct units are covered by this European Standard. The above appliances can have one or more primary or secondary functions. This European Standard is applicable to appliances that are intended to be type tested. Requirements for appliances that are not type tested would need to be subject to further consideration. In the case of packaged units (consisting of several parts), this European Standard applies only to those designed and supplied as a complete package. NOTE All the symbols given in this text are used regardless of the language used. This European Standard specifies methods for testing, rating of performance and calculation of water heating energy efficiency of air/water, brine/water, water/water and direct exchange/water heat pump water heaters and heat pump combination heaters with electrically driven compressors and connected to or including a domestic hot water storage tank for domestic hot water production. This European Standard comprises only the testing procedure for the domestic hot water production of the heat pump system. NOTE 1 Testing procedures for simultaneous operation for domestic hot water production and space heating are not treated in this standard. Simultaneous means that domestic hot water production and space heating generation occur at the same time and may interact. NOTE 2 For heat pump combination heaters the seasonal efficiency of space heating is determined according to EN 14825. This European Standard only applies to water heaters which are supplied in a package of heat pump and storage tank. In the case of water heaters consisting of several parts with refrigerant connections, this European Standard applies only to those designed and supplied as a complete package. This European Standard does not specify requirements of the quality of the used water.
