This document contains technical safety requirements for the design, equipment and testing of brushless vehicle washing systems and vehicle washing systems with brushes for, indoor and outdoor operation, i.e. roll-over vehicle washing systems, vehicle washing tunnels, manually movable vehicle washing facilities. This document does not apply to hand-guided high pressure cleaners which are covered by EN 60335 2-79:2012, to water recycling systems, buildings and doors for entering the traffic zone, for powered ride-on machines and powered walk-behind machines with a traction drive. NOTE Signals (example doors, lighting systems) can be provided by the vehicle washing system. This document contains requirements for the protection of persons and objects from accidents and damages during use and operation of vehicle washing systems. Persons to be protected are: - operators, - maintenance and monitoring personnel, - persons in the vicinity of vehicle washing systems, - persons sitting in the vehicle during cleaning. Objects to be protected are: - vehicles. Significant hazards associated with vehicle washing systems are listed in Clause 4. These hazards have been established by a risk assessment according to EN ISO 12100 and require measures to eliminate the hazard or to reduce the risk. These measures are specified in Clause 5 of this document. The safety requirements assume that vehicle washing systems are regularly maintained by trained and competent persons according to the manufacturer's information and that the operators, with the exception of users of self-service washing systems, have been instructed in the handling of vehicle washing systems.

This document defines the requirements for the external test equipment as: — a means of establishing communications between a WWH-OBD-equipped vehicle and external test equipment; — a set of diagnostic services, including addressing methods, to be provided by the external test equipment in order to exercise the services defined in ISO 27145-3. This document describes the minimum capabilities or functions in the external test equipment. Additional functionalities, for example, non WWH-OBD protocols or retrieval of repair and maintenance information, can be integrated into the external test equipment according to the test equipment manufacturer needs. The external test equipment designer ensures that no such capability or function can adversely affect either a WWH-OBD-equipped vehicle connected to the equipment, or the equipment itself. When the external test equipment implements functionality, which is not covered by ISO 27145-3, this functionality is not linked to the timing requirements defined in this document.

4.3 关键装备及其典型故障模式 4.3.1 关键装备及其典型故障模式概述 工业物流系统关键装备智能故障诊断与运维管理技术所选取的主要关键设备包括堆垛机、穿梭车,下文将分别进行分析论述。 4.3.2 堆垛机典型故障模式分析 堆垛机是工业物流系统中重要的设备,承担着成品托盘的的入库、出库、倒库和盘库等日常作业功能。在进行入库作业时,首先托盘组到达相应的入库台,通过网络通知上位机;然后上位机将相应的入库任务、分配的货位等信息发给堆垛机;最后堆垛机根据接收到的信息到指定入库台,再将托盘送到指定货位,完成托盘入库的所有操作后向上位机发送入库完成的消息。在进行出库作业时,首先上位机将相应的出库任务和货位信息发送给堆垛机;然后堆垛机根据接收到的信息运行到相应货位,将托盘取出送到指定的出库台,完成托盘出库的所有操作后向上位机发送出库完成的消息。一旦堆垛机发生故障将会直接影响工业物流系统的正常运转,甚至引发安全事故,威胁生命安全,造成巨大的经济损失。因此,对堆垛机进行故障分析、诊断至关重要。 堆垛机的故障模式主要有:机械故障、电气故障、执行机构故障以及其他外部环境造成的故障。机械故障是指由于系统设计不合理、系统长期运行发生的部件磨损所造成的机械结构故障,如轴承的内裂、外裂故障等;电气故障是指电路和控制系统故障,包括 PLC、驱动电机、变频器、减速器等发生异常;执行机构故障是指运行机构、起升机构、伸叉机构故障;其他外部环境故障是指堆垛机运行过程中出现断电或供电不足等引起的系统停机等。 4.3.3 穿梭车典型故障模式分析 穿梭车作为工业物流系统中一种智能型轨道导引搬运设备,在工业物流系统中的应用日益广泛。它具有沿着固定路径动态移载的功能,可实现物料在不同站点之间的传送,使得自动化输送系统的设备布局更加紧凑、简捷。然而,在实际工业物流系统中,穿梭车的正常运行完全依赖于各组件装置的固有可靠性,对穿梭车缺少有效的状态监测与故障诊断,时常出现故障误报、漏报等现象,而且一旦发生故障,维修人员只能凭借个人经验逐一排查找出故障原因,故障处理效率低下,严重影响了整个工业物流系统的工作效率。 穿梭车的故障模式主要有:外部行走故障、机械故障、电气故障、控制系统故障等。外部行走故障主要是穿梭车在非低速行走时,由于近距光电开关、货物超出检测开关被触发,或者在弯道行走超速时造成的故障。电气故障主要包括电机驱动系统故障、变频器故障和空开或者热继电器故障等。机械故障主要包括驱动电机轴承故障、托盘卡住故障、行走滑轮故障、穿梭车啃轨故障和移栽/行走机械故障等。控制系统故障主要包括颜色传感器故障、认址故障、校准故障和上位调度计算机故障等。 4.4 关键装备多源信息故障特征提取与融合 4.4.1 关键装备多源信息分析概述 关键装备多源信息是工业物流系统关键装备智能故障诊断与运维管理技术研究的核心信息,对堆垛机和穿梭车在不同工程运行中产生的多源信息进行监测,能够为后续的故障检测与故障诊断技术研究奠定坚实的基础,从而建立起关键装备多源信息与装备健康状况的联系。堆垛机和穿梭车等关键设备的多源信息包括工作状态参数、历史维修数据、运行时间参数和环境因素参数等。其中工作状态参数包括电机驱动部分的振动参数、温度参数、噪声参数、电流参数和电压参数等;历史数据包括历史故障数据,使用年限和历史维修数据等;运行时间参数包括服役时长、工作时长和维修时长等;环境因素参数包括温度参数、湿度参数、噪声参数和振动参数等。这些多源数据在时间分布或者空间分布上存在较大差异,使得关键装备多源信息融合与故障特征提取的难度大大提升,需要研究具有针对性的多源信息融合与故障特征提取,以为后续故障检测及故障诊断研究奠定基础。本文件针对典型问题,给出了可行性技术策略。

This document references the latest publication of SAE J1962. On-board diagnostic (OBD) regulations require road vehicles to be equipped with a standardized connector for purposes of access to OBD information by external test equipment. This document describes the requirements for the physical connection and associated pin usage to allow for standard access to the OBD data. This document is technically equivalent to SAE J1962 with the exception of the specific requirements identified and the specification of additional requirements related to right hand driven (RHD) vehicles.
