EN 62621:2016 铁路应用固定装置电力牵引用于架空接触网系统的复合绝缘子的特殊要求

IEC 62621:2011 specifies characteristics for composite insulators of electric traction overhead contact line systems for railways, as defined in IEC 60913. Insulators specified in this standard are applied for electric traction supply voltages with a nominal voltage greater than 1 000 V for a.c. or a nominal voltage greater than 1 500 V for d.c.. The standard establishes the product characteristics, the test methods and acceptance criteria.

This International Standard retains IEC 61984:2008 as the minimum performance requirements for railway rolling stock electrical connectors. It identifies additional terms@ test methods and performance requirements for single-pole and multipole connectors with rated voltages up to 1 000 V@ rated currents up to 125 A per contact and frequencies below 3 MHz used for indoor and outdoor applications in railway rolling stock. This International Standard does not cover: ? connectors with breaking capacity (CBCs) as defined in IEC 61984:2008@ 3.2@ because on board rolling stock connectors are not intended to be operated (i.e. mated and unmated) under load or when live@ either by means of procedures or by the presence of interlocks@ as required by IEC 61991; ? non-rewirable connectors as defined in IEC 61984:2008@ 3.5; ? automatic couplers@ due to their additional mechanical complexity and the need for more specific requirements and testing; ? inter-vehicle jumpers@ as they are connector and cable assemblies whose characteristics depend on those of both elements. Inter-vehicle connectors within the limits set in the scope of this International Standard are therefore covered by the agreed choice of suitable mechanical and environmental characteristics as defined by Annex B@ and suggested by Annex C. This International Standard identifies the application levels for electrical connectors based on a) the severity of the service conditions in different rolling stock technologies@ b) the intended use of the rolling stock@ c) the location of the connector in the rolling stock system. This International Standard is not applicable to internal connections of electronic devices such as connectors for printed boards and rack-and-panel connectors.

This International Standard provides requirements for some type tests which are significant only when made on the entire group. It provides also a basic relationship between compatible ratings of traction transformer and converter(s), in order to provide minimum requirements for the choice of their ratings. Moreover it gives the minimum values to be considered in order to choose switching devices with characteristics suitable for the converter group(s) involved. Annexes provide useful information as a guide for the group designer. Table 1 indicates the components of a converter group and the relevant applicable standards.

This part of IEC 62290 specifies the functional requirements of UGTMSs (Urban Guided Transport Management and Command/Control Systems) for use in urban guided passenger transport lines and networks. This part of IEC 62290 is applicable for new lines or for upgrading existing signalling and command control systems. This part of IEC 62290 is applicable to applications using: • continuous data transmission • continuous supervision of train movements by train protection profile • localisation of trains by external wayside equipment or reporting trains. This standard is not applicable to existing command and control systems or projects in progress prior to the effective date of this standard. In this Part 2 of the standard, the functional requirements set the framework to which detailed functions should be added to define any generic or specific application. Because of that, although this part of the standard is applicable as a basis to define SRS, FIS and FFFIS, elements may be added for a generic or specific application.

Combination of different overhead contact lines and pantographs will provide various interaction performances. This International Standard defines parameters for interoperability in the field of interaction between the pantograph and the overhead contact line. The standard specifies the interface requirements of rolling stock and infrastructure to achieve free access. This standard describes parameters and values for all planned lines and future lines. Annex B gives some essential parameters for existing lines. The energy supply system is not covered by this standard.

GSO IEC 62497-2:2015 铁路应用绝缘一致性第2部分：过电压和相关保护

This part of IEC 62497 applies to: – fixed installations (downstream the secondary of the substation transformer) and rolling stock equipment linked to the contact line of one of the systems defined in IEC 60850; – rolling stock equipment linked to a train line. This standard gives simulation and/or test requirements for protection against transient overvoltages of such equipment. Long-term overvoltages are not treated in this standard.
