This part of IEC 60317 specifies the requirements of enamelled rectangular aluminium winding wire of class 120 with a sole coating based on polyvinyl acetal resin, which may be modified providing it retains the chemical identity of the original resin and meets all specified wire requirements. NOTE A modified resin is a resin that has undergone a chemical change, or contains one or more additives to enhance certain performance of application characteristics. Wires of grade 1 and grade 2 are included in this part of IEC 60317 and apply to the complete range of conductors. The specified combinations of width and thickness as well as the specific ratio width/thickness are given in IEC 60317-0-9.

1.1 This specification covers aluminum 1350-H19 (extra hard), 1350-H16 or -H26 (3/4 hard), 1350-H14 or -H24 (1/2 hard), and 1350-H142 or -H242 (1/2 hard), bare concentric-lay-stranded conductors constructed with a straight round central wire surrounded by one or more layers of helically layed wires. The conductors are for general use for electrical purposes (Explanatory Note 1 and Note 2). 1.2 The values stated in either SI units or inch-pound units are to be regarded separately as standard. The values stated in each system may not be exact equivalents; therefore, each system shall be used independently of the other. Combining values from the two systems may result in non-conformance with the standard. 1.2.1 For density, resistivity and temperature, the values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. Note 1: Prior to 1975, aluminum 1350 was designated as EC aluminum. Note 2: The aluminum and temper designations conform to ANSI Standard H35.1/H35.1M. Aluminum 1350 corresponds to Unified Numbering System A91350 in accordance with Practice E527. Note 3: Sealed conductors that are intended to prevent longitudinal water propagation and are further covered/insulated are also permitted within the guidelines of this specification.

本标准规定了钢芯耐热铝合金架空导线的产品命名及表示方法、要求、试验、包装和标志等内容。本标准规定的钢芯耐热铝合金架空导线包括钢芯耐热铝合金绞线和铝包钢芯耐热铝合金绞线,其结构由下述的金属单线组合而成:a)架空绞线用耐热铝合金线最高允许连续运行温度为150℃的耐热铝合金线,型号为NRLH1,符合GB/T 30551-2014;最高允许连续运行温度为150℃的高强度耐热铝合金线,型号为NRLH2,符合GB/T30551-2014。b)架空绞线用镀锌钢线1级强度镀锌钢线,型号为G1A,符合GB/T 3428-2012;2级强度镀锌钢线,型号为G2A,符合GB/T 3428-2012;3级强度镀锌钢线,型号为G3A,符合GB/T 3428-2012;4级强度镀锌钢线,型号为G4A,符合GB/T 3428-2012;5级强度镀锌钢线,型号为G5A,符合GB/T 3428-2012。c)电工用铝包钢线14%IACS铝包钢线,型号为 LB14,符合 GB/T 17937-2009;20.3%IACS铝包钢线,型号为 LB20A,符合 GB/T 17937-2009。镀锌钢线的镀层金属亦可采用特种镀锌层,如锌-5%铝-稀土合金镀层、55%铝-锌合金镀层等耐蚀性较好的镀层,但机械和电气性能仍应符合GB/T 3428-2012。采用上述特定单线组合成的导线应在订货时另加说明。本标准包括的各类钢芯耐热铝合金架空导线型号和名称见表1。
