单分子定位超高分辨成像技术(Single Molecular Localization Super-resolution)已问世十年有余,逐渐成为生命科学研究中的常规实验手段。Bruker的Vutura产品采用双焦面三维实时单分子定位技术,对样品的两个焦面同时成像,一次成像(两张图片)就可以得到单分子荧光信号三维位置信息。

另外,成像速度快,光毒性小。横向分辨率20nm,轴向分辨率50nm,成像深度可达15μm。并且支持超高分辨与高速共聚焦融合成像,是能够进行活组织/细胞动态超高分辨成像的利器。
