| 生化机理 | Phenoxybenzamine is a cell-permeable, non-specific, irreversible AR (α-adrenergic) antagonist that also acts as an CaM inhibitor. Phenoxybenzamine inhibits calmodulin-stimulated phosphodiesterase activity. This product has been shown to inhibit cGMP accumulation in cerebellar cells evoked by an exogenous nitric oxide donor. Phenoxybenzamine has been used to generate a novel glucocorticoid receptor that complexes with HSP90, but has no hormone binding ability. This compound has also been employed to block high levels of catecholamines. |
