将肿瘤细胞接种于裸鼠皮下，通过观察裸鼠体内肿瘤的形成情况，从而评价出细胞的增殖能力；肿瘤方向研究的经典方法，常用于肿瘤细胞增殖能力的检测。

技术原理

将肿瘤细胞/组织接种于动物皮下，制备皮下成瘤模型，通过观察动物体内肿瘤的形成和增殖情况，评价细胞/组织的皮下成瘤及增殖能力，主要适用于肿瘤在动物体内增殖方向的研究。可提供的建模细胞系有：肝癌、肺癌、结肠癌、食管癌、胃癌、宫颈癌等。

结果展示

肿瘤细胞感染携带GFP慢病毒，接种于4周龄裸小鼠皮下，4周后活体成像，可见裸鼠皮下有瘤体形成。
