Q3国内Octet®文献大盘点

前言

我们之前汇总了第一季度和第二季度的国内Octet®文章，第三季度Octet®文章依然高产，陈老湿又归纳了近50篇文章的单位和应用。文章末尾附带这些文献列表。

可见，有至少40个单位用到了Octet®，其中浙江大学和中国药科大学是Q3发表最多的单位，另外复旦大学、武汉病毒所、西南医科大学、中国CDC等也发表了多篇文章。

从应用方向来看，依然涉及到了多个应用，而小分子和多肽应用文献数量接近1/3，与抗体一样是Q3文章中最多的应用。足以说明Octet®的灵敏度不仅可以测试小分子，而且Octet®的检测分子种类也非常丰富。

因为好文章太多了，陈老湿从中选出了几篇进行重点介绍。

武汉病毒所，多肽检测（Immunity, IF31.745）[1]

肠道病毒EV71的非结构蛋白3A具有RNAi抑制（VSR）活性，武汉病毒研究所周溪团队创新性将VSR设为药物靶点，提出释放RNAi抗病毒潜能的药物研发概念。研究以肠道病毒EV71为对象，针对其3A蛋白的VSR关键功能区域设计了数种VSR靶向多肽（VSR-targeting peptide，VTP）。这些VTP能与3A蛋白直接结合，在EV71感染的细胞中解除3A对RNAi的抑制，诱导大量病毒vsiRNA的产生，从而抑制病毒增殖。

北农苹果中花青素合成，DNA互作 [2] [3]

北京农学院植物科学技术学院姚允聪教授与田佶教授团队揭示了光诱导lncRNA(长非编码RNA)参与苹果果皮光照早期花色素苷积累的分子调控机制。乙烯反应转录因子（ERF）是一类调控花青素生物合成的转录因子，苹果中ERF家族基因成员MdERF109在光处理的早期阶段被明显诱导，参与花青素的生物合成。因此推测MdERF109通过与花青素生物合成基因的启动子结合而在着色过程中发挥作用，通过Octet®互作仪等生化实验，证明了MdERF109结合并转录激活参与花青素生物合成途径中基因的启动子。
