This Publicly Available Specification (PAS) is, first of all, a practical guide to methods of longduration storage (more than five years) which summarizes the existing practices in the industry. Unless otherwise specified, the approach, as well as the methods presented, apply to all families of electronic components, such as ¾ passive components, including quartz crystals, connectors and relays.
