我们测试了 RapiGest SF 与多种蛋白酶的适配性，如 Asp-N, Lys-C 与 Glu-C 。在酶解前使用 RapiGest SF 变性蛋白获得了有效的消解结果。
蛋白去糖基化的用途
RapiGest SF 也用于测试其它酶，如 PNGase F ，该酶用于酶切糖蛋白 N- 连接的糖基。 2 图 6 说明了去糖基化鸡蛋卵清蛋白。在 RapiGest SF 介质中 PNGase F 消解 2 小时后观察到了完全的去糖基化反应。
结论
• RapiGest SF 促进了蛋白酶解的速度与完全程度，能够得到蛋白药物序列覆盖率很高的肽图分析。
• RapiGest SF 是适用于蛋白组学、糖蛋白与生物制药应用的领域
• 几乎无需消解后样品处理，简单样品酸化，足以从溶液中去除 RapiGest SF 。多种情况下 LC/MS 分析前只需简单稀释。
• RapiGest SF 简化了样品制备方法，可提高分析通量；使用该方法提高实验室工作效率并提高数据质量。
